Movement Skills Workshop With Ellen Masson
This workshop will focus on adapting functional movement patterns to suit a wide range of body shapes and sizes. You’ll learn key skills including:
- Exploring functional movements that make up our activities of daily living including squatting, bending, lunging, pushing, pulling, and rotation.
- Discuss how different body shapes influence what movement patterns look like on a individual level.
- Demonstrate different levels and variations for each movement to accommodate varying skill levels on body sizes.
- Encourage participants to experiment with variations and levels of difficulty for each movement to find what their body feels most comfortable with.
The goal of this workshop is to work the same muscle groups while finding a personalised position of comfort and challenge.
